The Palazzo di Luglio Relais is located in Tuscany and it's 3 km from downtown Sansepolcro (birthplace of Piero della Francesca). The Relais is on the top of a hill and it overlooks the Tiberina Valley.) The Palazzo di Luglio is made up of a main building and three annexes, all restored keeping the original features by use of the exposed stones, roof beams and brickwork.The Relais is surrounded by 12 ha of olive groves and an age long park so that it's an ideal place for everyone who is looking for a quiet place and wants to enjoy the landscape, art, history, gastronomy offered by Tiberina Valley. The Palazzo di Luglio Relais is made up of a main bulding of "700 and three dependences (Seccatoio, Fienile, Frantoio).In the main building are located: the reception, halls to relax, wine cellar, wine bar and on the first floor four suites (one of them is reserved for handicapped people) made up of a living room, a double bed room, a bath room with shower. The whole building has been restored using original features and materials. All our guests can use the swimming pool with a diving board and a big terrace to relax at the sun. There are many paths in the age long park to take beautiful walks and mountain bike tours around the Tuscan hills. The passionately fond of fishing and surfers can find their ideal place in artificial Montedoglio Lake. In Antognolla (S.
