The restructure has been made in the respect of the traditional architectures where arches, small squares, old beams and walls recreate an ancient and warm atmosphere. In a big room of about 300 seats you can be taste the traditional Sicilian cuisine: Omelettes, Sicilian cheese and salums; barbequed roasts and meat; home made pasta; oil of our production; wine produced with grapes of black Avola Our grapes are cultivated in biological vineyards collected in the traditional way. All the products come rigorously from biological and regional cultivations breakfast is served with simple, chosen products, home made cakes, honey and handicraft jams.
